A modified bitumen pad is installed underneath the satellite dish. Extra care was taken to get the dish lined up properly.
The finished roof with the pad and roof reinforcement blended together for a smooth, seamless finish.
After a thick waterproofing layer of chopped fiberglass and emulsion has dried, a reflective aluminum coating finishes the application
The finished roof is clean, seamless and protected from UV rays.
A roof like this can last between 10 and 15 years.
With a yearly maintenence program, and recoating the roof on a 10-12 year basis this roof will last practically forever.
