Many roof leaks are around roof penetrations: skylights, drains, air conditioner ducts, or pipe and vent flashings. The sun causes the roof to heat up and expand in the day and shrink in the cool of the evening. Expansion and contraction of the roof membrane causes the roof penetrations to pull away and leak. Proper roof repairs require more than smearing a roof sealant around a problem area.  When we repair roof components, we remove the old sealants to get down to the metal flange, prime it, and install an elastomeric latex roof cement reinforced with either a fiberglass or polyester mesh.

 

We are confident of the skill and workmanship of our workman and the quality of the materials we use.  All repairs are backed with a 24 month warranty.
